Return Policy

Our goal at Sticky Fingers Gourmet Apples is to provide you with Excellent Customer Service and Complete Satisfaction of all products purchased, and because of that we offer the following return policy.

We must be notified within 24 hours of receipt of package of any problems that have occurred.  You can do this via phone or by emailing us at the Customer Service Page. Once contacted, we promise to work with you until a Full Resolution can be agreed upon by both parties.  We take pride in our gourmet confections and we stand 100% behind our products.
 
Please always try to choose a shipping address where someone will be home to receive their items.  This can take place at home, work, or a neighbor’s house. UPS will leave residential packages at the door unless a signature is required. We can not be held responsible for unclaimed packages due to incorrect addresses or packages that were left outside in warm climate areas.
 
We are not responsible for melting that occurred in transit to warm climate weather destinations between the months of May - October.  We strongly suggest purchasing our transport ice packs to help keep your items cool during shipping to warm climate areas to minimize any melting that may occur.
   
(Chocolate can expand and contract leaving a line or hairline crack in the chocolate. This is normal and unpreventable especially in colder climates. This in no way changes the taste or edibleness of the item.)

Because our items are made to order and perishable we cannot accept returns.
