We realize that you are very busy with life and don't always have time at the last minute to shop for that special someone. So we at Sticky Fingers offer this service to you free of charge. There will be options on the shipping information page of your checkout page to either ship ASAP or choose a desired date of when you would like the item to arrive. Please remember that because you have chosen to have an item received at a later date that you must still purchase the appropriate shipping especially for the warm climate areas. We do not want to ship items that will be in transit over the weekend or will take longer than 3 days to be received because of the perishable nature of the item.
Please keep this in mind when choosing between UPS Ground, 2nd Day Air, 3 Day Select and Next Day Air. Also for your assistance in choosing the appropriate shipping there is a UPS transit map shown below and this will tell you in business days how long it will take you to receive your item.
Please be advised that we include insulated heat protection w/ice packs but cannot guarantee against melting for every state being shipped to. Shipping our products are up to the full discretion and responsibility of the purchaser. Please verify temperatures in the specific state that you are shipping to. Because of the above disclamer; refunds will not be issued due to melting.
We reserve the right to ship via USPS Priority Mail for certain items without notification. You will still be provided with a Priority Mail Tracking Number upon the completion of your order.
**Items purchased can only go to one destination and not multiple. To ship to multiple destinations you will need to place multiple orders.

Delivery Locations
We suggest shipping to a location where you know somebody will be available to receive the package, for example, the recipient’s workplace. UPS and USPS may leave gifts at a destination in which no one is home. But keep in mind, our gifts are perishable and shouldn’t be exposed to the elements for too long, especially warm or freezing weather conditions. If you are shipping to warm climate weather please strongly consider purchasing 1 transport cold pack for every 4 items that you have ordered.
We are not responsible for items that may melt due to shipments to extreme warm weather climates.
Shipping Delays UPS (United Parcel Service)
Though UPS is an extremely reliable shipping agent, there are times when even they are unable to provide on-time delivery, such as during extreme weather situations, national emergencies, unforseen happenings and etc. We ask for your patience during these times and promise to get your gift to its destination as soon as possible. Freshly prepared apples will be shipped as soon as proper delivery resumes. Please remember that UPS does not delivery ground service on the weekends or holidays. The only time that UPS (United Parcel Service) delivers on the weekend is their expedited air services (next day and 2nd day air Saturday delivery).
Shipping Delays USPS (Post Office Priority Mail)
Although Priority Mail states that it offers 2-3 day delivery it is not guaranteed and the post office says that it can take upwards of 9 days to deliver an item in some cases. Please consider this possibility when choosing your shipping during checkout.
Shipping Deadlines
We ship Monday through Friday in the months of November to May. All orders must be in by 12:00 pm Eastern Standard Time for same day shipping of most orders; otherwise it goes out the following business day. During the warmer months we will only ship during the business week and as long as it will arrive during the business week. It is our personal preference not to ship anything during warm months that will be sitting in a delivery warehouse or vehicle over the weekend.
